Amazing staff and excellent shuttle service.

We loved taking the complimentary golf cart shuttle to Broadway, making it super easy to explore the downtown music scene. The hotel was nicely updated and conveniently located. Our grandkids enjoyed the fun atmosphere, and we all appreciated the spacious common areas.

My children wanted smoother check-in, as we faced delays and confusion about our room assignment. A more streamlined process would help families avoid extra stress.

The hotel was just a short walk away from the music city walk of fame park and the stunning tennessee state capitol, making it super easy to explore the heart of nashville. it really felt like a hub for my weekend adventures as a solo traveler enjoying every moment of the city vibe.

The restaurant served surprisingly good meals for a hotel. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we didn't need reservations! The view from the Skye Lounge was stunning, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day touring. Plus, the location was perfect, allowing easy walks to all attractions.

The homemade bread at the Library restaurant was a total knockout, and every bite had me wanting to come back for more. Also, the Executive King room was a comfy retreat after a night out soaking up the Nashville vibes.

If I give Nashville another go, I’m definitely staying on the outskirts.

Located close to major attractions. The lobby is modern, with a nice atmosphere. Was disappointed with the high parking fees. Room needed maintenance. Karaoke setup looked fun, but I didn't try it.
