The positives include incredible location and parking onsite.

The staff was helpful and accommodating and provided excellent services. The breakfast was satisfactory, with outstanding dishes. Besides, the location was comfy and easy for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of The End. The area was secure.

The location was perfect for a night at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. The staff was very helpfun and friendly. The shower was amazing - I haven't had that temperature and amount of water in a hotel in years. I would return for that reason alone.
The hotel was a little noisy. You could hear everything that went on outside your room and with a bachelor's party staying somewhere near us we did not get much sleep between 2 am and 3 am.

Ironing board was shot. Iron had to be replaced. Terrible water pressure in bath and the toilet was very loud and slow in flush mode.

The proximity to downtown Nashville and the friendliness of the staff.
I liked th4e valet parking service, but thought that it was a tad high in cost. Also the idea of $9.95 a day for internet access is something that is usually free at other motels/hotels.

no free wifi in room, inconvenient, no 24 x 7 room service, expensive for what it was.

The location was the best part of the stay for us.
The staff was not very friendly and we were constantly having to ask housekeeping to bring things to our room that they forgot to leave. We also felt the cost was pretty hight compared to other hotels in the same vicinity.
